Young Adult Protection Plan
Do you have a recent grad in your home? Congrats, you and your teen are on to the next step. Let the adulting begin! But what happens if your teen gets injured or sick and is unable to speak for themself? Under HIPAA law, when a person turns 18, health care professionals are not able to share information with others (including their parents) without written consent. So, how can a young adult have someone make decisions on their behalf when there’s an emergency?
The Young Adult Protection Plan allows you to be proactive and prepared!
